Health Freedom Action Massachusetts

Three states – Minnesota, California and Rhode Island – have already passed health freedom laws. Our goal is for Massachusetts to pass a health freedom law.

The citation for the Massachusetts law regarding unlicensed practice of medicine is M.G.L. Chapter 112 and all of the included sections. Some other applicable provisions might be found in M.G.L. Chapter 221, Section 26; M.G.L. Chapter 13, Section 26; and M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 53B. Any law library has these laws. They are also in the State House Library.
